How Does U.S. 24 Work?

After entering your account number and personal identification code the system will ask for an account or inquiry transaction code. Follow the voice prompts from there by using the share or loan types and symbols to conduct your transactions.

Account & Inquiry Transaction Codes:

* , # - Lists the following options

1 , # - Share and Checking Balances

2 , # - Loan Balances

4 , # - Loan, Share or Checking Account History

5 , # - Line of Credit Advance by Check

6 , # - Other Transactions
(Brochures available, year-to-date dividends and interest totals,CD inquiries, Stop payments, and Draft/Check reorders)

7 , # - Bill Payer

8 , # - Account Transfers
(Share or Checking, Share to Loan, Loan to Share, Member to Member, Shortcut Savings to Checking) Press the (*) button for a decimal place. For example, if transferring $54.32, press "5, 4, *, 3, 2"

9 , # - Share Withdrawal by Check
(All checks are made payable to the primary member and mailed to the current address on file.)
