What You Need to Get Started

To enjoy the ease and convenience of U.S. 24 you’ll need to know the basics:

• Your United Financial Account Number
  You may have it memorized, or it can be found on your membership card, or on your statement in the upper-right corner box.
  
• Your Personal Identification Code/Number
  You can choose your personal PIN by speaking to a credit union representative. Otherwise, upon your request, one will be assigned and mailed to you.

Share Types/Special Symbols
You will need to know which share or loan number you wish to access. These numbers appear on your statement as well. These share types are only accessible if you have them on your account specifically. Please check your records or inquire at a United Financial office as to your specific loan numbers.

Share Types:

1 - Savings

2 - Money Maker

3 - Special Savings

4 - Share Draft/Checking

5 - IRA (Traditional)

7 - Grand Account

8 - Vacation Club

9 - Christmas Club

How Does U.S. 24 Work?

After entering your account number and personal identification code the system will ask for an account or inquiry transaction code. Follow the voice prompts from there by using the share or loan types and symbols to conduct your transactions.

6 , # - Other Transactions
(Brochures available, year-to-date dividends and interest totals,CD inquiries, Stop payments, and Draft/Check reorders)

7 , # - Bill Payer

8 , # - Account Transfers
(Share or Checking, Share to Loan, Loan to Share, Member to Member, Shortcut Savings to Checking) Press the (*) button for a decimal place. For example, if transferring $54.32, press "5, 4, *, 3, 2"
