[Saginaw, MI – September 2025] – United Financial Credit Union recently wrapped up its annual Back-to-School Supply Drive, collecting a wide variety of essential school supplies to ensure local students start the school year prepared and confident.

Thanks to the generosity of United Financial’s dedicated team, supportive members, and the local community, the credit union was able to gather a significant amount of supplies—including monetary donations, notebooks, folders, backpacks, crayons, markers, pencils, pens, erasers, and other classroom essentials.

Supplies collected at United Financial’s Saginaw County branches were donated to the United Way of Saginaw County, while donations from the Bay County branches were given to the Bay Area Community Foundation for distribution to students in need throughout the region.

“We are incredibly grateful to everyone who contributed to this year’s drive,” said Brianne Fournier, Community Brand Ambassador at United Financial Credit Union. “Your support helps ensure that every student has the tools they need to succeed in the classroom.”

This initiative reflects United Financial Credit Union’s ongoing commitment to supporting education and strengthening the communities it serves.
