Day 1: Meal Prep Monday Plan your meals for the entire week and prepare them at home. This will help you avoid eating out and spending unnecessary money on fast food or restaurants.

Day 2: Tech-Free Tuesday Challenge yourself to a day without spending money on entertainment. Avoid streaming services, movie theaters, and other paid entertainment options. Instead, find free activities like hiking, reading, or exploring your local community.

Day 3: Work-it-Out Wednesday Skip the gym today and opt for a workout routine that you can do at home or outdoors. Use bodyweight exercises, jogging, or yoga to maintain your fitness without spending money on a gym membership.

Day 4: Thrifty Thursday Make your own coffee at home or bring a reusable cup to work. Avoid purchasing coffee from cafes or coffee shops. Calculate how much you would have spent and set that money aside.

Day 5: Freebie Friday Look for free events or activities happening in your area over the weekend. Check out local community boards, social media groups, or event listings. Plan to attend these instead of spending money on expensive entertainment.

Day 6: Save on Saturday Transportation Opt for a day of walking, biking, or using public transportation instead of driving your own car. This will save you money on gas and parking fees.

Day 7: Self-Care Sunday Pamper yourself with a day of relaxation that doesn’t involve spending money. Take a long walk, meditate, read a book, or have a DIY spa day using items you already have at home.
