With the Federal Home Loan Bank Homeowner Initiative starting in April 2019, United Financial will be helping more people in Michigan find and improve their homes. With three different home ownership programs for helping home owners, we are finding new ways to improve the standard of living in our communities. First time home buyers can receive new assistance and support and get a leg up on their first home loan. Current home owners in our community can apply for remodels that improve our neighborhoods. Finally, our homeowners can be supported in modifying their homes to accommodate their needs.
