We are excited to bring our members a new teller experience! Our Live Personal Tellers in our Drive-Thru are also open extended hours to be more convenient for you!  Our Drive-Thru is open Monday – Friday 7:00am – 7:00pm and Saturday 8:00am – 2:00pm.

What are Personal Tellers or ITMs?

ITMs are Interactive Teller Machines, we like to call them Live Personal Tellers. Personal Tellers look like an ATM, but looks can be deceiving. With a Personal Teller our members are able to interact, face-to-face with a member of the United Financial team and complete transactions with a live person the same as if they went inside the credit union. Our Contact Center department, which is located at our branch office in Saginaw has been staffed with familiar faces from existing branch locations.

What if I just need to make a simple withdrawal, do I need to talk to the Teller?

No! These machines can be used just like an ATM too! Just insert your debit card and follow the on screen instructions. But, you always have the opportunity to speak to a Teller during Business Hours. Just Touch The Screen and a Teller will help you with your transaction.

Will there be any lay-offs involved with this new technology?

No. United Financial Credit Union is not laying off any employees. United Financial Credit Union added new positions to accommodate the new department and was able to hire additional employees.

They connect to you via two-way audio and video to assist you! And just like a regular teller behind a window, they can take care of all your cash or check deposits and withdrawals, payments, transfers, and more!
